Studio One is housed inside a 20,000+SF complex where the main attractions are two production studios.
The Main Studio offers 4,500 square foot of shooting space including a 42’ x 40’ x 16’ cyc wall that has a lighting grid pre-hung with 6000 watt spacelights for perfect illumination on the white cyc and a large elevated walkway (greenbed) along the back for ease of additional lighting.
The 1,000 square foot Greenscreen Studio is a pre-lit hard cyc greenscreen that is 25 feet wide and 16 feet tall. All that is needed is a key and fill. This is a white glove stage for production companies, which saves time and money.
Also available, a fully equipped kitchen, a café, guest cubicles, guest offices, building wide Wi-Fi, a lounge area overlooking the main studio, two conference areas, wardrobe rooms, makeup rooms, private shower, private outside parking and the ability to load/unload inside the building via 18 ft and 12 ft roll-up doors in our 5,400 square foot warehouse. Talent and props will never have to get wet again!
Large vehicle shoots are no problem as they can stage inside the warehouse for detailing then drive directly onto the main stage.
Also on premises are camera rentals including 3 High Definition and 7 standard definition camera packages, a grip & lighting company with four trucks, post production help and experienced owner/managers that have accumulated over 90 years in the business as directors of photography, lighting directors/gaffers, and producers.
